Shipments in Italy are made in 1-2 working days by BRT BARTOLINI and/or SDA Express Courier and abroad in 2-5 working days by Fedex Express Courier.

Except in unforeseen cases, the order is processed within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Shipping costs are as follows

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For each delivery order the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number so that the express courier can contact him in the event of delivery difficulties. In the event that the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to "ilovebikini" or the express courier, after 2 consecutive passages, will be charged the cost of storage or redelivery as quantified by the express courier or you can pick up the product at the point of sorting courier.

In the event that one or more products should be out of stock immediately, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipment, to replace the missing pieces or to ship the pieces in stock, as agreed with the customer.

ilovebikini guarantees the utmost professionalism at every stage of the purchase, having said that, the delivery time of the goods may vary depending on the location of arrival. The company declines any responsibility for any delays not attributable to it or problems related to customs regulations of the country of delivery. In the event of problems related to the purchase or sending of the product, you can contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.
